Our method of working
Sign up in the webshop
If you want to place large commercial orders, then sign up quickly and easily via the registration form on the website. After registration has been completed, you will usually receive an email within 1 working day with further explanation, if you are a business relationship. This contains information about the purchasing benefit, shipments and payments.
Account Manager contact
To be of service to you, our account manager will contact you after registration for a quick introduction. In this way we can help you even better and provide more tailored advice. If you do not want to create an account, but you do want to get in touch with one of our account managers directly, please feel free to contact us.
Placing an order
At our webshop you can easily find and order the trailer parts you need. If you cannot find a part, please browse via the search bar or let us know. We can help to seek solutions. If you are looking for an item that is not in our product range, we will try to order it for you.
Processing in our warehouse
Once the order has been received, it will be checked and forwarded to the warehouse. In the warehouse, the order is packed and registered for shipment.
Shipped within 3 working days
It is not a problem for us if the parts are needed urgently. If the items are in stock, they will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 working days. If you placed a smaller order, then, once the items have been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive the Track & Trace code so delivery of the package can be followed. The package is usually delivered the next working day (within the Netherlands).
In the event of larger orders, we outsource delivery to a shipping company. The shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Order directly from the supplier
Drop-shipping
We provide the option to order via drop-shipping. This is ideal if you don't have large storage space. We deliver the ordered items directly to your end customers. Aside from the fact that your customers will effectively receive their orders faster, it is often cheaper too. After all, there is no need to incur double the costs of shipping. Ordering White-label products
Have you ever considered selling items with your company name or logo on it? If you place a large order with us, there is an option to have it provided with your company name or logo. If you want to know more about ordering personalised parts, please feel free to contact us.
Ordering tailor-made products
We sell products in various sizes. However, you might be looking for a product of a different size. This could be a bigger or smaller hinge, jockey wheel clamp, or hitch lock. If this the case, please let us know. We would be pleased to order the tailor-made product for you.
